wednesday july 30th is open day for drifting, with cones, in the lot.

saturday august 16th is advanced day, come on out, even if you arent driving, come support some locals, and help get this shit going so etown will keep allowing us car enthusiasts to have an amazing facility to drive at. drag racing, autocross, gocars, drifting, roadracing, even dirtbikes, etowns got it.

Finally, something going on in my area haha.

I'll definitely look into this..

EDIT: Hm, that place is exactly south of where I'm at. About an hour drive according to GMaps. Maybe I'll get my dad to drag me down there in the M30.

lol. It's a GIF animation. You take different pictures and combine them so that they change at given intervals.

What time do Club Loose events usually start? I was there since 5 checkin out the drag racing with my dad, making fun of an automatic Civic with a fart can that was trying to run against a built-up Camaro lol. We left around 8:30 though, had to head home because dad was tired. No drifting tonight for me :(

On a happy note, the M30 didn't complain on the way to or from the track. But I diagnosed a failing front right hub due to the loud sort of hollow and resonant sound coming from the passenger footwell and the slight vibration that followed it throughout the floorpan. Oh well. Time to get those wheels off and check.

Nobody was on at the drift lot when we got there at 6. Well except for some stupid guy in a Cressida who tailgated us the whole way there. And it was still empty up until we left :?

did you go on the other side of the track where the lake is?

they drift on both sides. not at the same time, but it changes month to month.

That would have been a smart thing to do..

We came in and saw the north lot which had cones set up but was empty. Damn, should have checked out the other half. From the drag strip stands you could see the northeastern part of the other lot you're referring to but there was nothing there, maybe the southern end was populated..

Oh well. Always next time. The next one is August 9 you said? lol that's the day I leave for vacation and don't come back until the 24th. September should be fun.
