Well... It has been about two years since my last update, haha. I figured now would be a good time since a lot is going on with my M right now.

Suspension: Installed my coilovers about a year ago got to drive on them for prob six months, rode real nice. Got some tension rods but I will put those on when I finish the transmission swap.

Motor: Nothing new here really just my stupid cone filter mod... Oh and I replaced the rear main seal, and I am about to attempt the oil pan gasket. Gotta do somethin with the exhaust too, all three studs broke from the downpipe when I removed it to take out the trans. Most likely I am going to completely drill out the screws and use a nut and bolt setup instead.

Transmission: This is where a lot of changes are taking place right now. I would have been making good head way lately on my z32 five speed swap, hit some snags with it recently... Got sent the wrong clutch kit, been good with Rockauto up until then. Other than that I have to get the mazworx shifter bracket and a shifter.

Exterior/ Interior: Ha, but seriously nothing done here just want to get the car mechanically sound, then I'll drop a home depot lip on her.

hey, i didnt get a chance to measure that flywheel yet, sorry, its been raining like crazy up here.

i have my stock manifold with those 3 studs in good shape, and would you be $100 shipped for that, the shifter and mazworx bracket?

or ill do 75 for the shifter and bracket, basically ill give you the manifold, its just gonna make shipping more.

No prob about checkin the flywheel, I checked the diameter against the flexplate and it is the same. Then for some reason I stuck the alignment tool in the clutch plate and low and behold its not even the same diameter! So I guess I have to buy another clutch kit since the one I ordered wasn't even the right one. As for the shifter bracket and shifter I am down. What type of shifter is it? And does it come with a knob? Let me know, thanks.

its a stock z32 shifter, but i replaced the bushings with brass ones from spl.

i can dig around for a shift knob, not sure what i have left.

why is your thread started by someone else?

Sounds good don't stress the shift knob too much. Just to clarify the shifter comes with the bushings since I don't have those either.

It was started by my friend Will who took the pictures, I guess he was really bored that day.
