**** Please Read****

Welcome to my form style blog.

I've decided to do it on this forum instead of the official f31club blog.

I'm doing this because there are some topics that I want to address and people I want to point out.

Again, this is MY opinion and not a collective perspective.

Re: 12-09-16 - updating site

2020 update. Forums are up, but since nobody is really contributing, I decided to keep it down. Front page of F31club: I've chosen this sliding images with blog posts underneath because I really like. I also like that I've been able to make pages with links. Making the f31roger's blog was more of me...

Re: F31roger 3.0

As it sits right now in BC with the cover on.

Itabashi-san has said he wanted the car, so I will either give him this one or get another one for him. This car does have some sentimental value as it was given to me by Jim.

Re: F31roger 3.0

In November of 2019, I drove up to BC and replaced the window. I also brought a porta power hydraulic pump to push the dent from inside.. It helped, but I couldn't go any further. I will need to pull the frame. While there, I got a new battery and water proof cover since rain was happening and the i...

Re: F31roger 3.0

when I arrived during the 2nd time of my trip to Vancouver BC.

Someone had broken my rear quarter glass. There was also a slight misfiring. And my brother in law said the battery kept dying. I didn't have time to do a tune up on it though.

Re: F31roger 3.0

So an update. I drove it to Vancouver BC. On the way, I stopped by Dom's place (Mark's cousin and where the Leopard is) 20190718_200016.jpg I then drove up to meet with Albert and Jim 20190718_223006-768x576.jpg and finally resting in Vancouver BC 20190719_012215.jpg --------------------------------...

Re: F31roger 4.0 - Project Leopard

My friend got the carpet around the SIP happened for the COVID19. They were really dirty. Same with the headliner. 20200317_190739.jpg 20200318_081140.jpg I took the headliner, carpet and sun visors to a shop and they did a decent (trying to be nice) job of cleaning them.. but I wasn't happy. I bust...

Re: F31roger 4.0 - Project Leopard

I contacted a shop in the area and he said the dash (and glove box which I took with me, ughh!) can be done for $450!!! Unfortunately... the SIP happened and I had to postpone that process! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The...

Re: F31roger 4.0 - Project Leopard

Seeing the black door card with the grey M30 interior didn't look bad at all. So I figure I would pull the interior and paint and dye everything a dark grey over the brown. So when I visited the SR20store, Roger V (Hachiboy and I ) took out the whole interior. 20200222_111147-1024x768.jpg 20200222_1...

Re: F31roger 4.0 - Project Leopard

After I got all the parts, I realized that I need to pull the interior to have it redone. I wasn't into the brown interior as well. When I looked at how rough the door cards were, I remember Chris did the R31 door swap. r31doorcards.jpg THAT SENT ME INTO A NEW DIRECTION. I knew that the dash will ne...

Re: F31roger 4.0 - Project Leopard

So in keeping with the theme, I decided to use PRP' (Platinum Racing Products) and CWC (Clock Work Customs) LS alternator bracket adapter. These components work together to use an LS V8 alternator which is 140 amps. image_9a7554b5-e35e-4343-8017-b1448e301876_800x.jpg cwcls1rbplatinumracingproductsbl...

Re: F31roger 4.0 - Project Leopard

Marco suggested Tomei Arms MX8265, direct upgrade for the RB25det. It's a straight bolt on to the OEM manifold (he likes it because it is cast iron) and we can use Syko Performance elbow and Trust SR downpipe. I kept trying to find a cheaper solution (Marco said he would help me out, but not cheap p...
