Re: my m30
well, good and bad day.
finally got the proper axles, the new to me control amr, poly bushings, etc to finish my rear.
went to work on it last night, got the old bushings burned out, ready to put the new poly ones in etc.
started drinking beers, and lost interest in the m30.
got back into today, was planning on putting in the new control arm today, and driving the car.
then the bad news came, i actually managed to grenade something inside my diff. didnt pull it out, so not exactly sure what happened, but there is no longer a mechanical connection between the driveshaft and axles.
popp.

Re: my m30
im getting impatient with my m30 build up, as its pretty much a full car rebuild.
so i picked this up for now to beat on, and take to the drift events.

added coilovers, wheels, front 5 lug conversion, new front brakes and some other stuff. all things i have laying around the garage, only thing purchased was the front pads and rotors.

had a little fun with it tonight. ka-e all up in this mofo.

O Ok it just sounded like the tred was flapping. That was one hell of a burn out I used to love to do big smokey bunrers in my '68 Camaro. One day I will again, and hopfully one day do anther one in the M (the last time I did a break stand the auto was not to happy about it).
Anyways nice BURNER!
